Hi there, for some reason when I try clicking on the pictures for the webkinz world front page banners they show a blank page and says 404 not found. Do you know why this is happening? And I had also uploaded this file but can't see it- File:2012February.png It was working a few days ago but suddenly this happened. Sorry for my ranting!! --Lanawas

On the List of Webkinz, I noticed the Minty Reindeer was labeled as Pet Of the Month, which is incorrect since Estore pets are never Pet of the Months. I was wondering if you could remove that. Its on the 2008 year list, [4] --Lanawas 14:44, 20 November 2011 (EDT)

Ok, well there's a lot that need to be deleted...It was because I uploaded the pictures and then after someone would bring a transparent one or edited one and then I would try to upload a new version but then it wouldn't show up as the new picture on the page, I apologize for taking up your time. Here's another more obvious picture 104yearsyoungcake_anim.gif that I think looks better in the default size than in the smaller size used on the animation page. I could reduce to 120px using the reupload (and also lengthen the time spent in with the candles lit - even my kids complained that it was too ubrupt. I have not been able to repeat the "enter" button - it only appeared for me many weeks ago when I did NOT vote & then I waited until Saturday to play (and it only appeared on my asian account).

I will work on recreating it this weekend! :)

I have often been unable to get the communal prize but it is always for the expected reason: I failed to play and I failed to vote. I have saved screen shots of both these situations but not of the "enter" button.

SURE - you are right - I don't expect you to know the answer & I understand that you can only base your conclusions on your personal experience (or on someones saved documented screen shots of the phenomenon). I apologize if I came across that way. I have only been really trying to convey that I don't know the answer and that there seems to be some confusion about whether the "enter" button exists currently or whether it was an older phenomenon that has now been eliminated by the new programming. I must admit that it looks from that thread like the "enter" button still exists.

Do you recall if you got the "enter" button after voting or not voting? (Again, something to figure out - is the enter button linked to whether or not you vote?)

I can't tell if there is an enter button or if some people are remembering the enter button from contests played prior to the change.

The communal contest information is excellent. Does the "enter" button exist anymore? I have deliberately tried to set myself up to get the enter button (by not voting) but I no longer see it on any of my three accounts. I think keeping the enter button info covers all bases, but if it truly is gone (e.g. no more enter button exists on anyone's account), I would be inclined to remove the two lines referring to the enter button. Hi! I resized the Ice Cream Pic on the Kinzville Park page because it was off the page. In order to specify a size, it seems you have to give up borders and the borders do look better. Also, isn't it strange, there's 6 in the pic but 5 flavours in the text?

I think that you can have the picture "framed" but you have to re-size it and then upload it again. Better to spend your time on new things right now :). Are you using the signature button (second to last at the top)? You can change your signature.."My preferences" top right.

Hi Monkeecj, Thanks for the info! Of course, if that is supposed to be maintained as an exact quote, I wouldn't want to change it. But perhaps the original author might want to make corrections?

Incidentally, I'm a professonal linguist with a BA in linguistics, and I've studied cognitive science and philosophy pretty extensively. So I can guarantee you the info provided about the so-called "cognitive dissonance bias" is incorrect. What the writer was referring to is called "confirmation bias." The two links I provided or a quick google search should give enough basic information for anyone who wants to research or debate the point.

Having worked as an educator, I'm sad to see an otherwise great article presenting misinformation on its main point. I'm particularly interested because the idea of confirmation bias is so salient to WW games.
