Mimzymom was able to get a screen shot of the "enter" button already this weekend.

So, I was totally wrong and I think that monkeecj should add back the sentences about the enter button.

I AM TRULY SORRY FOR HAVING CONFUSED THE ISSUE SO MUCH!

I have not been able to repeat the "enter" button - it only appeared for me many weeks ago when I did NOT vote & then I waited until Saturday to play (and it only appeared on my asian account).

I will work on recreating it this weekend! :)

I have often been unable to get the communal prize but it is always for the expected reason: I failed to play and I failed to vote. I have saved screen shots of both these situations but not of the "enter" button.

I have been interested in the communal contests and how they work. The programming has changed as Ganz has very kindly responded to comments from members of WW. It does seem that not only is participating important but that voting makes a difference as well and I wonder if that could be incorporated into this page somehow.

Current wording: "If the community reaches the goal of the Contest, all those who participated will be awarded the chosen prize the next Monday."

Could be reworded: "If the community reaches the goal of the Contest, all those who participated by voting the previous week and playing the game on the weekend will be awarded the chosen prize the next Monday."

And possibly add: "Chances of receiving the communal prize are improved if you vote in the contest. Voting makes a difference in communal contests where the goal is achieved early in the weekend. If the goal is achieved on Saturday, then members who voted (and therefore documented their intent to play) can play after 100% of the targeted goal is reached and still be eligible for the prize. However, members who did not vote, and do not play until after 100% of the goal is reached will not be eligible for a prize." --Curiousg 09:33, 2 August 2010 (EDT)
