For March 2011, Ganz introduced the first in a line of Limited Availability Pets. Retailers are only permitted to order three plushies per store. For smaller stores, this means each location will only have three for sale. For larger chains, they get three per store in the chain, but they get to choose which stores get what inventory. One store may get a dozen plushies while some other stores in the chain may get none at all.
