Help:Report A Glitch

This article contains instructions for users to follow when submitting a Webkinz World bug report. Please follow them in order.

Check if the glitch has already been listed

Please check our Webkinz World Glitch Report before continuing so that your time isn't wasted. Additional reports on the same bug aren't necessary.

If you find your glitch already listed, we encourage to visit the thread listed in that section to add a post, letting us know that you're experiencing the same issue.

Create a thread in our Webkinz World Bug Reports forum

We now have a forum specifically created for reporting bugs within Webkinz World and we need your help in finding issues and reporting them. The area is listed as a sub-forum of the Somebody Help! section of our Webkinz Forums: Glitch Reports Forum

When you create a thread, please select a prefix (Critical, Major, Minor, Trivial) and use our bug report template listed below. Please be sure to use a very informative title, such as "Vacation Island Awards Empty Boxes".

Bug Report Prefix Definitions

• Critical - High priority bug, severely limiting to game play
• Major - Medium priority bug, limits gameplay or major impact
• Minor - Low priority bug, marginally affects gameplay or minor impact
• Trivial - Lowest priority bug, aesthetic, slight errors, misspellings

Bug Report Template

Please provide as many of the details from this template as possible

• Account Type: Regular or Deluxe
• Time Zone: US, Euro or Asian
• Detailed Description: Please provide as much detail as possible about the glitch, including what you were doing, where you were, and how to reproduce it so that our editors and developers at Ganz can verify the glitch in their own accounts. The more detail you provide, the quicker the glitch will be fixed!
• Screenshots: If possible/applicable, screenshots of the glitch are extremely helpful to both our editors and the programmers at Ganz

Keep an eye on your thread

One of the most important parts of the bug reporting system is that you watch your thread to see if others are able to reproduce your glitch and if our editors need more details about your glitch!
