The Fairy Falls section of the Magical Forest was the original section of the Forest. It was added to Webkinz World on August 2, 2007. It is often referred to as the Charm Forest.

When talking about the Charm forest, it is important to note that there are TWO types of charms involved: REAL charms that you and your plushie can wear, and VIRTUAL charms that can be found in the forest.

REAL Charms

There are 24 REAL charms to collect. Each charm comes with a code that can be entered in the Code Shop on your existing Webkinz Account. If you do not have a Webkinz Account, you cannot enter a charm code.

REAL charms are no longer being manufactured and are difficult to find. Ganz now offers virtual copies of these charms in their eStore, usually offering six for sale at a time.

There is also the kinzcash coin real life charm, which was released in error back in December 2007.

In addition to the charms, there are also bracelets and necklaces that can be purchased. These items also come with codes.

Viewing your Charms

You can view your charms by clicking on your Charm Tree Box, either in your room or on the Charm Forest menu.

This is what your REAL charms look like.

From this menu, you can select up to three charms for your each of your Webkinz to wear.

The charms will even be visible on your Webkinz' picture on your dock.

This is what your VIRTUAL charms look like.

Each of the "rows" of charms is grouped around a prize box. There are four rows on the front of the tree and four rows on the back of the tree. You have to click the word "NEXT" to view the back of your tree.

Searching for Virtual Charms

You are allowed to visit the Charm Forest once every six hours. There is a countdown clock similar to the one in the Employment Office.

There are four paths in the Charm Forest:

  • The Creepy Eyeball Path

  • The Rainbow Forest Path

  • The Fairy Fountain Path

  • The Glittering Pink Path

There are eight rows of virtual charms to look for.

  • First Row: moon, sun, star, comet, planet
  • Second Row: shell, seahorse, octopus, crab, jellyfish
  • Third Row: strawberry, lemon, grapes, watermelon, cherries
  • Fourth Row: treble clef, horn, double note, single note, drum
  • Fifth Row: crossed paddles, sailboat, lighthouse, anchor, bouy
  • Sixth Row: cupcake, sundae, frozen treat, gingerbread, ice cream
  • Seventh Row: wizard hat, genie lamp, crystal ball, top hat, wand
  • Eighth Row: weather vane, tornado, lightening cloud, snowflake, umbrella

Each row of charms can be found in three of the four paths. The trick is to know which path to NOT look on.

  • First Row: NOT on the Fairy Fountain Path
  • Second Row: NOT on the Rainbow Forest Path
  • Third Row: NOT on the Rainbow Forest Path
  • Fourth Row: NOT on the Creepy Eyeballs Path
  • Fifth Row: NOT on the Glittering Pink Path
  • Sixth Row: NOT on the Fairy Fountain Path
  • Seventh Row: NOT on the Glittering Pink Path
  • Eight Row: NOT on the Creepy Eyeball Path

Thank you to dogsdigholes and Bert_X for discovering this pattern!

Once you enter a path, you will see a bunch of Good Fairies flying around.

NOTE: Do not exit the path at this point. If you leave without clicking on a fairy, you will not get to search for charms and your clock will reset, meaning that you have to wait another six hours.

Pick one and click on it with your wand. This will either reveal a Bad Fairy...

Or a Pixie Pod...

Sometimes your Pixie Pod will contain a VIRTUAL charm.

Most of the time the Pixie Pod will contain something other than a charm.

  • Food - Cheeroony Puff, Freaky Flan, Ophidian Callaloo, Zazzlezoup Soup, Fizzletwist Pop, Chocolate Bar, etc...
  • Sap Glop - This is similar to finding a slag in Arte's mine.

File:foundsapglop.png

  • KinzCash

File:foundcharmforestkinzcash.png

  • Charm Candy

File:foundcharmforestcandy.png

  • Bad Fairy Shirt (can be worn by your pet, notice the fairy wings on Fluffy's shoulder)

File:foundbadfairyshirt.png File:fluffyinbadfairyshirt.png

  • Good Fairy Shirt (can be worn by your pet, notice the wings on Fluffy's shoulder)

File:foundgoodfairyshirt.png File:fluffyingoodfairyshirt.png

If you do not find any charms, you get this message.

Sometimes when click on a Fairy instead of getting one Pixie Pod you get a key. This key gives you the chance to find more Pixie Pods, sometimes as many as five!

Take the key and wave it around the forest.

File:usingcharmforestkey.png

Eventually, a hidden door will appear. If you keep searching in the forest you will eventually find three doors, but you will only be able to open the first one you click on.

FIle:charmforestdoor.png

Click on any one door to find more Pixie Pods.

Just like before, click on the Pixie Pods to open them and claim your items.

You can see the charms you have found on your charm tree. They appear to hang on the vine. When you have all five charms from a particular row, all of the letters in the word "BONUS" will be lit, and you will be able to claim your prize.

File:bonusboxwithstar.png

If you find a duplicate of a charm you already have, you will NOT get to keep that charm. Instead, you will recieve $100 KC.

Magical Forest Rainbow Plant

Magical Forest Rainbow Plant
According to the Webkinz Newz, the Magical Forest Rainbow Plant is also a prize in the Charm Forest. This information is incorrect. Although the plant was added to the system when the Magical Forest was added, it was never programmed as a prize, and it cannot be won by Webkinz Players.
