There is no longer a phone number for Webkinz Customer Service.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) says that all websites must get a parent's permission before collecting any identifying information on a child who is under the age of 13. Because of this, most social networks simply block children from signing up for memberships.
Twitter and Facebook only accept members who are at least 13 years old.

Just pick the option that matches your issue. This is the fastest way to get items unstuck and generally Ganz has a pretty good response time for all problems submitted in this manner.
If you don't see an option that matches your problem, just select "I Keep Getting An Error Message" and then select "Did you see a totally different error message?". This will give you space to type a 300 character message.

On the Ganz eStore Customer Support Page: https://www.ganzestore.com/csform
This form gives you space to type a 750 character message. Just fill out the form and click "send". This page should only be used for eStore questions/comments.
Inside Webkinz World
From the main page of the Kinzville Times newspaper in Webkinz World, click on "Contact Us" at the bottom-right corner of the page. The click on the "Comments & Suggestions" tab. Then click on "Click Here to Make a Comment or Suggestion". This will give you space to send a comment to Ganz.
This option should NOT be used for reporting problems with your account. This page is for comments/suggestions only. Ganz will not reply to you, or even acknowledge your message.
"Snail Mail" (for feature code issues)
If you have a defective feature code, you can mail it to Ganz and they will replace it with a new code. This address is in Canada, so if you live outside of Canada, be careful to attach the correct postage to the envelope.

You must include your name, account name, e-mail address, mailing address, and daytime telephone contact number. And, don't forget to enclose the feature code tag.
It may take some time for you to get a response, but Ganz will send a replacement.
