BREAKING NEWS: Pharoah Costume Headdress Awarded by Ganz!

If you recall, the picture of the headdress in the eStore did not match what you actually received in Webkinz World when entering the code.

One of the users in our forum, Webbiekinz, purchased the Pharoah Costume two weeks ago from the Webkinz eStore.  Disappointed that the head gear didn't match, they contacted Customer Support in reference to the issue. Ganz called back, letting Webbiekinz know that they would add the originally-pictured headdress to their account and allow them to keep the pharoah head gear! Here's a picture showing both of them on a Tinker Pup!


If you were caught by the same glitch, contact Ganz Customer Support, and let them know, it could pay off!

It has been brought to our attention that being awarded the head dress is not so simple. Please make sure that the actual purchaser calls with the documented e-mail confirmation, credit card number and address information, along with the codes purchased and is prepared to stand their ground. Ganz Customer Service representatives have been giving members a difficult time with this situation.
