The brief maintenance in Webkinz World this afternoon brought some additions to the wShop. A brand new Coral Reef Theme is now available. It is important to note that all of the furniture in this theme is "For underwater rooms only." Manatee and Goldfish owners now have some decorating options as unique as their underwater rooms.

In a totally unexpected move, Ganz has brought back the floating Goo-Goo Berries. Clicking on a floating Goo-Goo Berry will get you a Goo-Goo Berry in your dock, which you can then feed to your Webkinz. These Berries, which were originally part of the promotion for the introduction of the Go Go Googles game, were previously seen for one week in December 2006 and for another week in December 2007. This is the first time they have ever been spotted during the Summer. According to the Webkinz World News, they will be around from August 7th through August 13th.

We can now confirm that a new Webkinz Lamb is coming to Webkinz World. HM201 is a full-size plushie, NOT a Lil Kinz. All of the Easter Webkinz are scheduled for release in mid-February 2009. We are not yet certain if this is a third Easter Seasonal animal, in addition to the Easter Duck and the Cotton Candy Bunny, or if it is a regular release.
UPDATE: As you can see above, there is a Lil' Kinz Lamb picture, as well. We've just confirmed that both the Webkinz Lamb and Lil' Kinz Lamb are both listed as pets for Easter of 2009. We aren't sure on shipping dates, or whether either one will be seasonal at this point, but the virtual pictures of both are shown below, along with the other Easter animals.
