Webkinz Insider Confirms Unannounced New Webkinz: Spotted Leopard!

 

Written by Justin, on May 8, 2008   Views 688     We've seen a few images of the following, which has been called a "Leopardess" in our forum.  This will be a new Webkinz coming to Webkinz World, though we don't know when, nor do we have any virtual pictures.  We can also tell you with 100% certainty that this will be the "Webkinz Spotted Leopard".  Enjoy the image! Lovely, misnamed I think it's adorable, though I think it looks like a "clouded leopard." There is no such thing as a "spotted leopard," all leopards have spots except for the melanistic black ones, which are usually called "black panthers" together with melanistic jaguars and cougars. Snow leopards and clouded leopards have larger, more mottled spots and patches compared to typical leopards.    As Ganz errors go, though, it's far less glaring than the "Yorkie" dog, which is really a Maltese.
