NEWSFLASH: Webkinz Fall Festival Leaf Pattern Emerges (Poem Added!)

A user in our forum, bearbowler, reported a strategy for the Webkinz Fall Festival leaves! We've all been working hard and watching very carefully for the leaves for the past few days and a pattern has finally emerged!
When you first log in, you must be patient and wait awhile, sometimes over 30 minutes for the first leaf to appear. Once it appears and you click on it, note the time.
From then on, you are on a 6 minute time schedule, based on the time you saw your first leaf. Now, that doesn't mean that you will see a leaf every 6 minutes, but it does mean you have a random chance of seeing one every 6 minutes, and only during that time. Whether or not a leaf appears, you will stay on this 6 minute time schedule.
I have been verifying this strategy over the past hour, since I saw my first leaf and here are my results (BOLD means I saw a leaf): 11:25, 11:31, 11:37, 11:43, 11:49, 11:55, 12:01, 12:07, 12:13, 12:19, 12:25, 12:31, 12:37
These leaves are following the 6 minute schedule as reported, so I've set a timer to go off every 5 minutes and 45 seconds, telling me to look at my Webkinz World window! :)

Before Christmas" but here's my best take on the Fall Harvest
Fest......(I know-I have *way* too much time on my hands!) Here
goes.....
Twas the Night of Fall Harvest and on my laptop not a thing to be found-not even sap glop. My fingers were ready as I waited in fear afraid that a leaf might never appear. The family all sleeping, yes, they're all in bed while visions of leaves dance around in my head. And I with my laptop placed right on my lap hoping tomorrow I might catch a nap. When there on my screen, a leaf now in vision I grab the remote-that's enough television! I see it float down, I keep my hand steady my first floating leaf, it's time to get ready! A click on the screen as I wait now to see what wonderful prize shall be there for me As my red bleary eyes struggle to see I realize I didn't receive an elm tree! A fall harvest sweater right there in my dock I wait with more hope as I check the Kinz clock Slower than turtles I wait with a sigh In hopes of another fall leaf to fly by A wheat sheaf, an elm tree, just bring to me please another fruit hat-I've got plenty of these! At the top of the screen it floats next to my wall now click away, click away, click away all! The leaves that before seemed to be so abundant send more torques my way that seem so redundant. Yet another comes by, I watch it float down a sweater again! In these I might drown! As I wonder if ever I shall get a sheaf The screen flickers, I see yet another red leaf! I clicked just in time and I waited to see it's here, yes, I got it! The elusive elm tree!!! I looked in my dock, what a beautiful sight! A beatuful tree, what a good find tonight! With leaves so splendid and color to spare I guess I will put it...wait.....where? Shall I make a new room-do I trade, do I keep? How do should I wait, will I ever get sleep? I've got enoughh sweaters to cover my walls I've got an abundance of these corn husk dolls. I guess I will keep it and tuck it away I have to get sleep-time to call it a day! There's always tomorrow-there's plenty of time But I'm keeping that elm tree-By Golly, it's mine! As I sign off tonight, I look up and I see a leaf that I missed-better not be a tree!!!
response to Cataline's question about leaves in the arcade
When leaves fall and you have to click on them it will probably mess up your game in the arcade. Try it for 1 hour and see. I personally go into Quizzy's and make money while waiting and since I know when the leaf should appear I stop for that minute and it doesn't mess up my answer. If you're in your room do not move from one room to another until after a leaf falls or it could fall during the loading of the new room and the leaf doesn't feel you clicking on it.
PERFECT!! Thanks..I put my 4 year old on here and told her to NOT sign out..just keep playing and after 22 minutes, she started hollering "a yellow leaf" and I came in here and it was 1:00 and again at 1:06 another leaf fell...TOO COOL!! She is SO SO SO SO excited!!!
I spend time in Quizzy and I keep finding them but I have not noticed a pattern. Thanks for the tip. I have been having a problem with Kinztime myself. I will be on and an hour or so will past and my time falls behind. it is weird.
The only reason I posted the comment about Quizzy's here is because if people get a leaf and head to quizzy's, they should pay attention to the time, because if it changes, it could throw them off if they are watching for every 6 minutes. We have gotten a leaf every single 6 minutes for the last 30.
Although I was on quite a bit this wkend for long periods of time and no leaves would fall and other times it would happen speradically. However, my niece was getting them more often on her pc. I will watch for the 6 min intervals though. Thanks again.
i appreciate any help i can get. has anyone else noticed that the leaves only seem to come to quizzy's if there's a fall fest add in the advertising part? and once i do get the 1 leaf, i never see another again. i've waited over an hour and a half. also if i'm in my room i can move my mouse over the leaf and it stops briefly but when i try to click on it it jumps off the screen and i get nothing. is that happening to anyone else? i've been on pretty much 24/7 since midnight the 20th and i've gotten 5 leaves but seen about 15. the only one's i've caught are from quizzy's and doing track in the kinzville academy. otherwise i can't click on them. it's getting very frustrating. but i can't seem to stop looking! i wish i could get them in my room while doing stuff because i'm on brain overload with quizzy's!
We were at Quizzy's for the last 60 minutes and we got 7 leafs.. that is 42 minutes worth at every 6 minutes, but it was 4 in a row, wait 12 minutes, another one..(at 36 minutes total) then wait 18 minutes, then another one (at 54 minutes) then the last one at one hour. All while in quizzy's...then one orange one in a room, it was flashing..and hard to click on, but then one while on the newspaper and THIS IS INTERESTING - We missed it..tried to click at the last second and missed it, but then about 30 seconds later, another one came floating down...hmmm... So - Total - 9 leafs in 74 minutes. Quizzys, room, & newspaper.
I waited for almost 45 minutes for the leaf to appear. It didn't. So I was wondering if you can move your mouse and feed your webkinz or do you have to just sit there?
Thanks it worked! I posted on WI for 6minutes and then went on webkinz, and a leaf appeared! I was a minute early so I know it came right on time. Thank you Justin, I got the hay thing.
i TRied this...but I was playing a game...and I tried so much to click the leaf...and it wouldn't work...so I'm going to try just hanging in my room.. good luck

is it when the clock ticks over, or can it be anytime during that minute? I ask because I had a leaf at 7:32, but not at 7:38 or 7:44 or at 7:50 - so I hope I just need to be more patient.
Yes it is Webkinz time and yes you have to start from the beginning every time you log on because it won't be the same 6 minute intervals. Also, it can be anytime during that 1 minute not just when it turns to that minute.
Yes, it can be anytime during that whole one minute. Yes, it is Webkinz time. Yes, you have to do this every time you log on Webkinz, that is because the 6 minute intervals will be different each time you go on.
At least I am not the only one that Quizzy's is on a different clock.
Oh & to answer someone earlier.. you CAN change rooms and move around in webkinz and keep the intervals, just don't change rooms if it is when you are expecting a leaf to fall & pay attention to the clock closely if you move into Quizzy's incase it changes.
QUICK TIP!!!!- If you are wanting to play Quizzy's while waiting for leaves.. You can watch the counter at the top of Quizzy's board.. First leaf at 10:02 minutes of playing Quizzy's (40 minutes on Webkinz) next leaf at 16:02 next leaf at 34:02 (still interval of 6 minutes)..got 5 total tonight in 1hr 10 minutes. Nowhere near the amount we got earlier today..but thought that timer was a great way to keep track..
Even when I wasn't answering questions, I would leave the screen up and keep peeking while trying to get the baby to sleep.. My daughter is so excited about all her stuff!! 3 Sweaters, 3 trees, 2 dolls, 1 husk, and several soups & ciders..oh and the last one was a poster.
