NEWS: Programming Problem with Chef Gazpacho Place Setting

Have you had trouble getting into a certain room in your Webkinz house recently? Does trying to go into that room lock up your computer and force you to log out? Odds are it's because you have the Chef Gazpacho Place Setting, a Trading Card Series Three Prize, in that room. We have been getting reports from our members for several days now regarding problems with this item. It appears that there is an issue with the graphic. Many of our members have placed calls to Ganz. Hopefully the programmers will be able to get it sorted out soon. If you have the Place Setting in your house, you will just have to be patient. If you have the Place Setting in your dock (It should appear to be an empty square.), please do not place it in your room until this issue has been fixed. UPDATE: We are happy to inform you that the place settings are now working, so any issues that you might have been having with them should be resolved! I placed in a non important room and left and I could renter it without it crashing. I have also logged out and back in and no problems.. Maybe this issue has been fixed? Anyone care to test??
