Things have been very busy in Webkinz World and the brand new Travel Agency is the place to be. It seems we have been running our Webkinz ragged over the Summer and now all of them want to get out of town. We are going to be learning more and more about the new Vacation features and Vacation prizes in the days and weeks to come.
Some of the stories we have been following for you today:
* The Coral Cove area is very similar to the Clubhouse. Members who have been unable to access the Clubhouse also cannot access the Coral Cove. Some members have reported spotting random "parties" in the Coral Cove during which equally random "raffles" occur. WI member kinz dude won a raffle, but it appears a glitch prevented him from getting a prize. http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/....html?t=385666
* The Souvenir Shop is similar to the Curio Shop. You never know what you are going to find for sale. It could be a Fisherman's Hat, an Sunny Day Swimsut, or even an Island Bunny Bobblehead. At this point there doesn't seem to be any pattern to the shop's inventory. Different accounts may see different items at the same time. * In addition to KinzCash and Souvenir Shop prizes, spinning the Vacation Wheel may get you one of five never before seen food items: Flip Flop Flapjacks, Saltwater Taffy, Floating Dessert Island, Pineapple Breezy Freeze, and Pigies in a Beach Blanket. At this point we do not know if these recipez can be cooked or if they are unique to the Island. * Have you tried Don't Rock the Boat yet? If you have, you may come away with Map Piece, a piece of Pirate Costume clothing, or a bit of Fool's Gold Chocolate. Or maybe you spotted the Ghost and had your pet's Happiness points zapped down to Zero. * If your Webkinz have been scared by the Ghost, or if they just need a boost to their HHH (Happiness, Health, Hunger), maybe a visit to the Spa is just what they need. All of your pets travel together, and when they come back all of them will be at full 100s. The cost of visiting the Spa depends on just how much care your Webkinz need.
