BREAKING NEWS: 4 New Retired Pets in Webkinz World!

 

Written by Justin, on March 6, 2008 Views 2207     Another change in Webkinz World today brings news of new retirements, and a surprise about the Webkinz Sherbet Bunny and Webkinz Love Puppy! If you look closely in the "Pets & Stuff" catalog within Webkinz World, you will notice a few new retired Webkinz!! The Black Friesian and the Yellow Lab have both been retired.  Neither of these pets has a matching Lil' Kinz, so their PSIs will rise in trade value! In addition, if you look closely, the Love Puppy and Sherbet Bunny have both lost their "Seasonal" status and are now listed as officially retired!! This is a surprise as it is in contrast to what was previously thought and eluded to by the Webkinz Creative Director some time ago. Secondly, if you bring up the Lil' Kinz section in Webkinz World, you will notice that the Lil' Kinz Panda and the Lil' Kinz Leopard have both been retired as well! I really wish GANZ didnt retire pets! I mean i can understnad a few here & there but all these! I just called my local store & they have a lot of the yellow labs left so i will be heading up there tomorrow. I never really liked the black fresian & i have the big panda & there is a big leopard i can get so i guess i'll just be getting the yellow lab. Retired Lil' Kinz Leopard I listed this comment under the Wishing Well article before this article came out. Do you think Ganz made a mistake retiring the Lil' Kinz Leopard? Didn't it just come out last month? It's still listed on Webkinz as a "new arrival" in the advertisements section! Maybe they meant to retire the Webkinz Leopard instead? Surprising style choices for retirement I thought something like the Cocker Spaniel or Tiger would be next to retire since the new Brown Dog looks similar to the Cocker Spaniel and there is also an American cocker spaniel due out next month. As for the tiger, they just released a bengal tiger. Yellow Lab and Black Friesan are both less than a year old I believe and I thought at least the Yellow Lab had been one of the better sellers. And retiring the lil'kinz leopard?
