This does usefully confirm that Ganz is still giving new recipes names that somehow relate to their ingredients... Being Canadian, I wasn't especially motivated to puzzle this one out myself, but I thought, the first time I saw it, that it must include sushi, because of the -maki ending. So then, I suppose, the Ch- for cheesecake and apple juice because "What's more American than apple pie?" as they say. Now I think Ganz ought to create a recipe suited to Canada Day.
