This means that they should be appearing at both online retailers and your local stores any day now. They come in 4 styles: Webkinz Country Living Mouse Pad, Webkinz Hanging at the Pad Mouse Pad, Webkinz It's a Jungle Out There Mouse Pad, and Webkinz Spin the Wheel of WOW Mouse Pad.
According to the announcement, the code on your mouse pad will get you a picture in your room that matches your mouse pad.

The Webkinz website has officially announced the newest $10,000 Kinz Cash Detective contest, which we are keeping track of in our forum. Secondly, they've announced a new Baby-Sitter job. Finally, they've announced the retirement of a few clothing items from the W Shop. Better check your inventory and see if you have 'em, cause they're worth something now that they're retired! Here are a few pics of some of the retired clothing, specifically the Purple Ball Cap and the Orange Army Shirt. More pictures are in the rest of the article.
I drive over to Arte's shop in my free Humvee this afternoon and Arte greets me right at the door.
"So ma boy, Merthyn, how d'ya like that Humvee I gave you?" he asks?
"I love it Arte. The air conditioner is great. I have room for luggage or groceries in the back, lots of room" I tell him.
"Great! Do you have any idea how much money I made on the day I sold those?" Arte asks me?
"Ummm.... $100,000 Kinz Cash?" I guess.
"$100---What??? Merthyn!! Be realistic here! I nearly SOLD OUT of the HUMVEES! Remember how many you saw? When the sale time changed in the Kinz Time clock, I only had 3 left! And, with that kind of success, well, follow me..." he says with a huge grin on his face.
I follow him quickly and try to ask him where he's leading me, but I know he won't tell, Arte loves surprises.
He takes me past the Scientific Room... And stops... in front of the Medieval Room....
I start to get excited...
"If Arte's making a big deal out of this, it must be something really special" I think to myself.
"This is our first stop" Arte says, opening the door.
In commemoration of 20,000 members, I have written a little article.
As you all know, Webkinz Insider has hit 20,000 members over the past few days, and Justin has asked me to make a little article about the history of WI.
Let me start you off with a basic summary of WI.This site made its “big” debut March 23'rd, 2007, but did not become popular until around May 2007. The site made its big 100 member milestone on April 6'th, 2007, and 500'th member on April 17’th, which is remarkable the progress made in 12 days. At , July 25'th, Webkinz Insider made it's transition to be a "Big Board", which means the website has more than 500,000 posts. Justin, our site owner was the first member, with Kevin, a previous administrator being the second. Now let me take you on a little WI milestone tour;
Here's a follow-up on our breaking news a month ago, with the first-ever pictures of the newest Webkinz to be introduced.
We've received direct confirmation that Ganz has announced a Webkinz Seal, Webkinz Turtle and Webkinz Penguin! We've heard rumors for months, and even seen fake pictures of the Webkinz Penguin, but this is the first official confirmation that we've received on any of these pets!
In addition, Ganz has introduced a Lil Kinz Leopard in order to expand the current Lil Kinz line. The "official release dates" for nearly all of the new Webkinz and Lil Kinz are as follows:
