The Rep saying is in perfectly good English. I have checked with the grammar guru and there is nothing wrong with it. May we all speak and write English this correctly!
When using the verb "may", inverting the verb and the subject is done for a variety of reasons, one of which is the expression of wishes. The grammatical term for this is Inversion. Some examples: May the Force be with you always, May you live in interesting times, May you both be very happy... Many more examples can be found in the greeting card section of your favourite Webkinz store.
Thanks everyone for posting! May you always find WI to be educational!
