Today, my brother got a baseball cap at the store. He was soooo excited (this was his first clothing item). When I entered the code, he got a charm fairy topiary. He was crushed, and I'm very angry. I want to email Support, but last time I did, I didn't get a reply. What else should I do?
I am very surprised by that, usually you get another clothing item which goes with what you bought. I myself have bought many and never received anything but clothing. There is a phone # 1 866 932 5469 toll free and just ask for customer help desk. I hope I've helped
Don't email Ganz! Call them! Emails are usually not helpful. Call them, and wait however long you have to. Sound angry and they'll be more helpful. The people working from Ganz will bend to your will if you sound angry, or at least they usually do.
