In my opinion, you are absolutely right. I started doing Webkinz last June. Since Christmas it has been a daily trial. Something goes wrong all the time. One thing that really scares me is the message I get parcatically everytime I try to load the W Store, "there is an error in the movie script that will make your computer slow down and eventually become unresponsive it it is not fixed." I have reported this to everyone I can think of and have had no reponse. I have asked others if this happens to them and they say that it does. I think it is Java Script that give me the message and I have gone into that and can't make any progress.

Last week when I was kicked out I lost 4 studio's and about 10 actors and 7 stage sets.
I was just kicked out and went to insider to see about curio shop items for today. now I see that the items have been missing for at least 3 days. I just purchased a new room and wanted to replace items from my dock to the new room. Wonder if I'll lose more items again.

Some one might have already mentioned this, but in addition to clearing your cache you may also need to update your Adobe Flash Player. Webkinz World relies heavily on this and if you don't do automatic Adobe updates you may occasionally miss a critical patch (which incidentally I believe there was one a week or so ago).

Just to let you know, (I see you are new, here.) Ganz won't do anything about stuff that is gone from your dock. BUT, if stuff went missing from your room, don't touch anything, log out as quick as you can and then go to Customer support on the log in page. (that is the one with the Life preserver on it) Then click on the Comments and suggestions and then 'Our Question does not appear above.' Fill in all the information. REMEMBERING where you were when it happened and all of the information, like what you were doing and possibly what was even in that room. Particularly the missing items. Send that off then give them a call at one of these two numbers (you have to be an adult to do this, apparently they will not speak to kids.) Don't go with the e-mail address, they seldom answer them.

Tell them where those items that you lost were and that you logged out the second you noticed them missing. They will have a tech look into your 'rooms' where the stuff was lost and try and retrieve it for you. If you haven't done anything they will notice that there is an item missing to an assigned spot and try to retrieve it for you. But I cannot stress enough that you can't go back into your room until they give you the go ahead. Those items should be in that 'assigned' spot and everytime you tinker with, remove or move an item around it changes the values given those co-ordinates. I hope this helps you in the future.
