When you make a new topic, it asks you (with a square checkbox) if you want to automatically parse links.

Okay, so I read up on this one so I might help you out. If it's checked then links within the thread are live meaning clickable, click on them and it will go to that adress. If you uncheck it then the link will just show up as text. This might be helpful if someone puts a bogus link to something bad on your thread. I don't use it, as I use links all the time, so, I haven't tested my theory. On the other hand, did you use it on this thread? Because your links appear to be live. Start another thread about another topic and try it. It couldn't hurt anything.

Hope this helped. Have fun!
