I have to say that I love the Room designer tool, and I was so grateful when it was added! I saved a lot of money and rare wallpapers and floorings thanks to that! since I'm a pretty hasty person, I used to put wallpapers on without thinking at that too much, and it happened sometimes that they didn't look as I imagined, and I had to buy others! but since the Room designer was added I'm always sure that I'm putting the right combination of wallpaper/flooring!
Today I was wondering how the Sparkling gem wallpaper (from Doug) would look in an underwater room, and my first thought was to check WI, but I noticed that you may choose the room size but not the room typology. Wouldn't it be so great if we may see how a wallpaper would look in an underwater room, too? I don't know if it is technically easy or possible to realize, but I think it would be really nice!
Great idea! It may take Justin some time though since he has added other great new things. But, for the water rooms, you could just imagine (if you have a very good imaginative mind like me) that wallpaper in the room with the water in it.
This is a nice idea, but it would give Justin a lot to do. The feature we have now is very helpful, I love it, though it is a little inconvenient that there aren't water rooms available.
I wouldn't put your gem wallpaper underwater for now though, it would take away from the color and if you did do it and then didn't like it, you can't take it back.
No pressure to Justin or anything, just saying I like this idea
Good idea! It might be a little harder... did "WI" actually buy all of the flooring and wallpaper for each one and do that? If they did, then it might be a little hard with the underwater, but I don't know, if not, this idea might turn real.
Thanks everybody for responding! Just wanted to clarify that I didn't want to criticize Justin at all, I'm always surprised by all his great and hard work! I was just suggesting, but without any pressure! it would be nice to see that sooner or later, but I'm perfectly happy with the Room designer the way it is!
This is a nice idea, although it think on its own,the room designer is still amazing and helpful.Really,I'm just trying to say that while I think this would be a nice, lovely idea,it would also be a huge amount of work for Justin,as said above. He'd have to add room sizes(do we have that? Sorry,it's late.),also. (: Great thinking, and good job pointing that out..I never noticed before that we couldn't choose room type.
