FIRST OFF, LET ME TELL YOU KNOW ...
I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN, AND I DON'T CARE IF YOUR JUST SAYING "Aww, I lost my Exclusive!" BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SAYING: "OMG! I LOST MY EXCLUSIVE! I HATE GANZ! I'M QUITTING WEBKINZ!" EVEN YOU HAVE TO AGREE THAT'S A BIT EXTREME.

Now, thank you for coming.
I have seen alot of complaining coming from WI members, and I'd like to ask: Why? Some people say that Ganz is getting ahead of themselves; saying that They shouldn't make so many new Webkinz if they can't fix the glitches they already have.
Let me tell you: I don't agree with that one bit. May I remind you that the Webkinz coming out in March have been in production for almost a year now, and simply stopping the production would cost them money.
Also, I would love to remind you that this is pointless. The people who make the new Webkinz aren't the people who are Computer Whiz's and fix the Glitches. They both have a complety different job, so therefor this is just ... Silly.
And the people who fix the Glitches - let me remind you - are doing a great job. You may not notice it, but they are. They are shutting it down to fix them - But have you seen them complain about all the complainers? Na-ah! They haven't. There's millions of emails being sent to them each day but they haven't once came out and complained.
Also, Ganz is a company. I know. I know. "It's a billion dollar company! They can afford to fix it!" Well, let's see: WI is about $1500 a month. Now, what do you think WW is? They have over 7 million members. Hmm ... Alot, yeah.
Now, they have to pay a month, AND they have to pay for a new server apparantly .. And they have to pay to make the new Webkinz, (Not much, but still), And they have other products, and they pay for those too!
Alot of their money is paying for products.
Why do they need a new server?
That's what I would like to know.
Oh, wondering why you can't get your item back? Maybe because they don't have time to because they promised they'd read every email that was sent, which is millions each day. Hmm ... Ever wonder why you've sent an email to Ganz and never got answered?
There's millions of people in line!
And if your complaining that you didn't get awarded your money from the arcade, I surely wouldn't answer that, would you?
People who work at Ganz have families. Obviously. FAMILIES COME FIRST.

I'd like to take this time to remind you Webkinz isn't real, therefor you don't have to be fuming when something happens.

I agree with vince.Although complaining is annoying and drives some of us crazy we still have a right to voice our opinion.

I dissagree on some parts. People come on WI sometimes to let off the heat about losing an item, getting booted off during a game, losing something in the mail and the list goes on and on. Everyone has the right to express thier opnion and complain.

I do hate seeing all the threads saying Ganz is doing a horrible job or whatever else people are saying. Ganz workeres are only human. I assume monitoring and fixing WKW is a VERY difficult job. I also think they've got as many workers as they can fixing the glitches. People ask " well, why don't they hire more people?" They probably hire many new people all the time but it takes a lot of time to trane them and what not.

I totally disagree! We have freedom of speech for a reason! Anyone can say what they want if it is appropriate and people who wan to complain can! It isn't up to us to say who others can do!

I posted at the beginning. I agree people have a right to complain but some people are being a little bit too extreme .. Just my opinion.

No offense, but I wholeheartedly disagree with you. Ganz is first and foremost a business and I have worked for many client serving businesses, I was an Implementation Manager for a Fortune 500 company, a Human Resources Manager for a VERY well known greeting card company (and they have stores where many of of purchase out Webkinz), and a Human Resource Manager for a technical company where I hired programmers and customer service staff. I have a pretty good idea of how Ganz works from the inside. I also know they are now adequately staffed and do not test their site like they should to assure these glitches don't happen or if they do, they affect far fewer users. They have added product too fast and are not adequately prepared for problems when they update their site.

Honestly, our primary problem with Ganz has more to do with customer support than the glitches. If we were having these problems and we all had a voice to speak to on the other end of the phone, we would be far less disgruntled customers. I don't like the glitches, but when there is a problem, I want to be heard. That's why we are seeing so many complaints here.

SOOOOO agreed! It is called supply and demand! If they don't give us what we want the supply goes down and they make less money! By us saying what we want means that they find out what is bugging us so they can fix it... and make more money!!!!!!!!!!

I agree and disagree.

AGREE:
It does get tiresome to weed through the endless complaints. Also it brings on a feeling of negativity to the board.

DISAGREE:
Everyone has the right to complain. Some people have good reason too.

I think what people have to remember on both sides of the issue is that everyone here is a real person and not everyone is going to see things the same way.

Also everyone needs to relax. This is a game it is not like the world is going to end. Don't be soo sensitive and just move on. If someone feels differently either way don't take it as an attack.

And think before you type.
