We all know that the title is the most important part of a thread. But when you are on the main page for the forum, and you are looking at the recent threads, and you see "click here" every two threads, I don't know about all of you, but it drives me nuts!! I mean, I have put that at the end of my thread titles, but just CLICK HERE for a title doesn't tell me anything about what the thread is about. So does anyone agree that we should try to minimize the the CLICK HERE titles?
YES! I DO agree... I often don't have a lot of time to stay on WI, and am looking for new info - so, it's hard to weed through all the "Click Here" and "OMG! OMG! OMG!" , etc. - that tell you NOTHING on what the thread's about! THANKS for posting this!
How about putting a nicer spin on it - like "Putting more information in the title is helpful and will make more people want to read it. Saying "Click Here" doesn't tell the reader why they should open your thread. Everyone knows to click on a thread to read the great info inside it!"?
Well, i was like the 2nd person to do it so.......i am not chaging my title. And thats like my thing. I am like a trend starter. It also bringes my graphics shopp lots more buisseness so..
