haha i know what you mean, i just wish they would understand the people on the outside of the computer not the ones playing the game. sometimes ganz just dont know there clients and client's needs as well as they probably should, but they aren't to blame. well they are but, you know what i mean.

I think that giving your account to WI would be asking for trouble.... Why you ask?

Well people go back in their words all the time and unless there was a legal document signed by all parties "Say:Too much work" it would not function plus if you are under 18th "most webkinz owners are", the parents would have to get involved ; Besides the account it is really not yours to pass it on as stated by their "virtual contract" unless you also gave up in writting all of the plush animals as well "again too much work" and who would pay for the shipping costs which would be out of this world? Can you see why this would never work legally.

I don't think it is illegal to give your account away. Ganz says it is illegal to sell your account and make money from it. I think it is a nice idea to give your account to someone rather than put alot of work and effort into it and let it expire.

Yes it would illegal! I am 100% sure that it would "I asked my dad today at dinner" he is a judge; And to put it in a simple way without even bringing Ganz's and an account owner's aggreement in to the discussion.

A minor "any one under 18yrs" does not have the right to give anything away bc they simply do not own it to give it away, unless they are 16 yrs and have been immacipated by the courts "that is the court says they are adults and can mak etheir own decissions".

Lets face it you can't make any decission about cutting your own hair unless your parents are involved.......

Besides have you forgotten that Ganz will not even talk to you if you are under 18yrs.

Why do you think that is? It is all about legalities and like I said before "too much work involved", and it could get really ugly if someone goes back on their word.

I am sure Justin and the others know better. Specially bc it would be virtually impossible for them to get any type of contract to hold in the courts of law.

In my time being on webkinz, i know that some people get fed up, bored, bothered, or just complain they are TO old to be on webkinz. So they simply let there account sit in the dust untill it has expired.

I would like to suggest that everyone take a moment and think about when we might be done with webkinz and ready to move on, what we will do with our accounts.

Well i will tell you what i think we should be doing with our accounts. I think we should be giving our accounts to WI. Justin and wendy can use all the items on our accounts for contests, and giveaways instead of genorously using there own, or the staffs'.

A second thing the accounts could be used for, is for teachers with less fortunate students that can't affored webkinz, or other children that can't afford webkinz, but have a computer some where in there life (classroom for example) so they can log on evvery once in a while.

I don't know about anyone else, and i don't know if anyone else has thought of this already, but i would rather know my account is being used for good, then just sitting there expiring.

This doesn't mean i am done with webkinz, it just means that those of you who are, think about all the less fortunate, think about justin and wendy who could use some of these items.

And to the staff, and justin and wendy- thanks for all the items that you have givin out, and when people are ready to give up there accounts, i hope they will give them to you guys, and you guys will be able to get great use out of them.

I think that's a great idea! When I'm done with webkinz, which could be soon, I'll give my rare/exclusive items to either here or elubin, another webkinz site.

I will probably give my account to a cousin, or maybe give it to a kid in the hospital, along with all the plushes.

I am sorry I don't agree it is one thing to give away my dad's car but it's another thing too give away a virtual item .
