Yes, great idea! I visit the "somebody help!" section a lot, and sometimes if a thread is labeled "AAHHHH PLEASE HELP RIGHT NAO", I have no idea what it's about. I'll click on it, and it could be about WI, WW, their goldfish just learned how to talk, etc.

The biggest reason I think it would be helpful is people don't use good titles anymore. This would eliminate the need to scroll over every title to see if you are going to be able to help this person. I have always felt they just needed a section devoted to computers since there seem to be so many issues with those and people can't find the sticky threads on self help computer stuff easily.
