I Have Seen A LOT Of This, People make a thread one day, then three or four days later some one fills out a Form for a graphic, room, etc, and the shop owner says "Sorry, I have moved on." or "This thread is old, i don't do this stuff any more" or sometimes even "Why did you post that? I don;t do this any more, don't you know that?"
This is very rude, if you make a thread to help others, stay with it! It isn't fair to the WI members who need your help! Would you feel good if you posted for help, and the thread owner denied your help, just because the thread was "old" or they got bored with it
I have many help threads that get no posts, but i DON'T just leave them there, i stay comitted, and people need to start doing it. If you don't want to do it soo much, then just ask a moderator to close the thread, so you don't have to deny people help and let people down.
If you MAKE a help thread, you really SHOULD keep it open, you never know when some one will need your help, and ask you. It gives you a GREAT feeling inside when you know you helped some one, and it makes you happy. So keep open your help thread, and make some ones day, not break it by say something rude to them. And make yours to by helping them.
Just though i would say something, sorry for my rant.

i JUST saw a thread, and some one posted asking for help, and the owner said "This Thread Is Old! Can't You See? Why Did You Post, I Closed It"
While The Thread Was STILL Open, it made me sad for the person who asked,
If you make a thread like for an avatar/signature shop, or some type of shop, you NEED to stay on top of it. But, a thread announcing your latest webbie, or a new pair of shoes you got, you don't neccasarily have to keep coming back to it.
I agree, if you are going to make a thread you should be committed to it, and if you can't be committed to it anymore, you can't just leave people hanging. You need to PM a mod or admin so they can close it for you. If it's something like a siggy and avvie shop, then you need to at least finish all the people's orders before closing it.
