Spoke to Jeff at Ganz!

I had to phone Ganz because my DD adopted a Bullfrog yesterday and it landed in her garden...which was almost full. She had a full fence, about 15 pinwheels, a scarecrow and 2 trees. There was probably only about 8 squares available for walking and the rest was garden.

We could not get into the room with the Bullfrog or by walking any other pets in ...I had hoped nightly maintenance would help but it was the same this morning so I phoned for help....Kody was going to get sick if he couldn't take a bath or go for a swim!

So I phoned the direct #1-905-***-**** not the 1-800 and I was on hold for about 15 minutes.
Finally Jeff came to the rescue of our little Kody...(???Or not so little:nope: lol)

Jeff was so very helpful and said he would have to remove some items. "No problem" I said. Taking out the fence and other items was not enough so he had to remove some garden plants. He was so kind and tried his best to leave as much of the garden as he could . I didn't even ask...he just automatically removed the other items first and then said I'm sorry it looks like I have to remove some of the plants. I was so surprised that he tried to preserve as many of our growing produce that he could and without me even asking for him to do so.

He then advised me to try to keep the #of items in a room to about 75 MAX to avoid further problems. He said he knows people want to max out their gardens in order to max out their KC intake:thumbup: but we should all try to keep our rooms under 75 squares full...wall hangings count!

I then asked if it matters how many items you put into a storage container...he said no...all that matters is the amount of storage containers....this was concerning me since both my kids have a room devoted to only storage containers. There are well over 75 total items inside the containers.

I also asked him if we would be able to use the trading card frog for POTM. He said that people in his dept( "tech") were wondering that too, but they all assume it should work because it IS a Webkinz Frog (not lil'). He reminded me that the POTM doesn't start till October. They have received several calls from people who already entered the code WHICH CAN NOT BE UNDONE.

BTW...I couldn't believe how loud it was in the background ...sounds like a busy place to work! Well thats all
Thanks so much to :angel:Jeff :angel:for great service and for going the extra mile to preserve our garden.

the same thing happened to me, I spoke with a jason at ganz tec support. he advised pretty much the same thing, but he did not break down the math. he said that no room should be more than 75% full. so for a large room 75 items is the max but remember: that does not apply to the small and medium room, you need to figure how many squares there are and only use up 75% of them.

Next time you can click on your map and then click on one of your other rooms. That will transported your frog into that room you picked .

I'm curious... Would you have been able to edit the objects yourself? Did you try?
