well that is not good but that happened to me plenty of times and all i have to say is contact ganz to see if they can do anything(be sure to mention that you were buiding up on those trading cards it might butter them up a little) but when i contacted ganz they said they couldnt do anything about it

Honestly, it's brutal that they don't do anything. It's not like it is costing them anything to replace a virtual trophy or exclusive etc! If anything, it would likely cost them more if they didn't replace as people will eventually get ticked off and quit buying their items. Why would I continue to spend hundreds and thousands (yikes) on my daugther for webkinzs if they are going to have glitches like this? They should really consider that before they decide not to do anything for people.

i have lost an item before, i forget what it was but it was worth a lot though, it does seem to be happening often now...

ohh gosh joanne~ I would be soo fired up so sorry to hear that happened to you! Definitely post on Justins thread as someone already linked you up to and contact ganz..they wont give you the trophy but the more incidents that get reported maybe it will speed them up in getting these glitches fixed

I lost my humvee last week, and I emailed them with no success. They just say, "Someone probably took it because they know your password." Then my mom called the number nascarguy20 posted and they went on my account and fixed it. So call that number! It works!

i forgot there # but um usually they wont give ur item back becuz there isnt really a way they can i no it is sad! i got scammed 2 exclusive the neon plant and the stoplight and i contacted them and they were like sorry.
