If I have a long post, I prepare it in notepad or another text program, then copy and paste it here

But I still support!
i use google chrome, too, and it does safe your stuff. i suggest it as it is very fast.
When I'm making a thread/post and if I have to log out urgently, I just copy it to word and save it then copy and paste back when I log back on. But still, I think this is a great idea!
Another suggestion to this:
On the side where it says Welcome___________, Your notifications, WI Bucks, etc. there should be a link which says "Drafts" and when you click on it, it will be like a PM box with your drafts of threads in one section and you drafts of posts in another section.
A good way to save your posts, threads, PMs, and such is to just simply copy it and PM it to yourself. If you have a few posts you are saving, you could create a PM folder just for those messages! If you need to know how to do that I'd be happy to help. This way, you'll have a blinking reminder of the post and you can access it easily without losing any of it.
It's always good to have a back-up as well in a Word Document or something.
I agree, I do this alot.
I imagine the administrators would have already installed it if it was available for vBulletan. But maybe not.. you never know.
Sorry about what happened on the art thread, that would be horrible!
I hope that doesnt happen again!
That's an awesome idea, I would love to be able to do that. Sometimes I just don't feel like typing up something really long in one sitting, and I'm always worried about the internet crashing on me so this would definitely come in handy.
