Just an additional note, though we've already had the issue explained very well.
We always have more proposals than we can say yes to. In October, we had about 100 ideas submitted, and we chose 3. Many people who own role-plays now waited months to get them, some are still waiting. We know it's frustrating, but it's just the way the section needs to work.
If you want to have a role-play, here are some things to keep in mind:
First, read the rules in the role-play section and make sure your role-play fits them.
Try to think of something we either don't have or that is slightly different. If you want warriors, try to think of something that will make it different from the current ones.
Send me a pm telling me what the role-play would be about, why you think it would be good, etc. Take a little time and show off your best writing skills in the proposal. (Running a role-play takes a lot of organizational skills. If your proposal is disorganized, we may not be sure that you're up for the challenge.)
Participate in other role-plays, get along with others, and follow the rules. We do look at past behavior when choosing role-plays.
Hope this helps!
