i suggested this because, do you honestly think that people don't steal graphics sometimes? even if they don't use them, this is mostly for the people who make graphics & put their time into the stuff that they make.
If you really look at everything, there are a LOT more reasons to have right-click than a blocker. Those are for sites strictly or mostly for graphics, and I like to copy and paste things a lot here. WI has one section for graphics and personal art and stories... the rest is for things that don't concern plagiarism of graphics or text or anything.
Such a feature would cause many inconveniences. I use the right-click and copy all the time. For example when posting a thumbnail, I can then open it up, copy and paste it back into my post. This is very useful when viewing contests among other functions. And the tracking threads... they would come to a standstill without right-click/copy.
And as WebkinzAreSoFun has pointed out, anyone can still take a screenshot in order to take someone else's work. Right-clicking is not the only way to steal artwork if you are so inclined.
Your own artwork or graphics, my advice is to always put your name on them. Some programs will even put a watermark on your work, that would really help.
I agree with webberlily. i really think that it would be annoying to not have right click. nice idea, though.
