Yah, that's a good reminder. A lot of people get offended with that type of thing, but you shouldn't take it too personally. Sometimes people also don't accept friends requests because it was just a random request and you've never chatted to the person before, but a good thing to do if you are not sure if you want to accept it or not is to chat with the person a bit then decide. But in my opinion, you can never have too many friends, I've never declined one before. xD
Great reminder, Backflip! If someone denies my request, and they state their reason(or in the case of one member, totally ignore me), then I don't press on, I just assume that it is better off for them and possibly me if we are not on each others friend list. Sometimes people will not agree with you/accept you invation or request, and you just have to swallow it and move on.
I hope it doesn't anounce that the person you asked to be friends with has declined. I just recently declined a friends request (for my own reasons) and i didn't know if it would let the other member know or not. *sigh* i hope a lot of people read this thread. Thanks!...i gave it 5 stars!
