Oh, I think I know why. If you get a lot of rep points for a certain post, it would be Extremely Positive. For example: My How To Give Reputation Thread is extrememly positive because many people gave me repututation on that post. If only 1 person were to give you reputation on one of your posts, it wouldn't be as positive.

Somewhat positive means that particular post has only gotten a 1-2 rep points and if it has a lot, then positive
