Well I've seen rep thrown at people like "first post" i dont think that should be allowed. I think wi staff should over look every rep we do. I know its alot of hard work. But i think its nessicary, does anyone agree????
I give rep out to those who are helpful and kind. I also don't say when I give out rep. I don't think people need to say when they give out rep because I'd rather the person do the kind and helpful things from there heart not because they want rep.
I really only give out reps for important reasons.
I'm fine that people give out reps for first post, but I think it's not nessasary. Also, I don't think staff should look over every single rep. That's a huge job!

I think it's entirely unnecessary to ask the staff at WI to review every rep given...I can't even imagine what a massive, tedious job that would be. And since Rep really isn't important in the grand scheme of things, I can't imagine asking staff to undertake that daily, monotonous job. They do more than enough already. If someone gets one or two extra rep points than they should, now and then....c'est la vie. It really makes no major difference anyway.
