Yes, ALL of that information is in the FAQ. If you take a quick trip to the FAQ, you don't need to make threads like that.

Ah, when I see people say "please don't give me rep," or "no rep needed," I just laugh so hard.
They might as well say "I want rep please" straight out, because that's how most of us read it anyways.
But, like you, I just respect their "wish," and don't give them rep.
I try to make my threads more "unique", if you see what I mean. Thanks for the compliment!
