Same here with the Feeback/rep thing. =-)

0H! That was your thread?! well, i S0 didnt mean it in a bad way! It was just an example...that didnt come out right either...but that was never meant tobe offensive!!! Sorry if it was!
That's okay! I did notice that a couple threads went up around WI regarding the information too after a lot of people posted... not that I was mad, I was just disappointed some people would just take an idea someone came up with (I hope I was one of the first and another thread hadn't been created too recently before me) and try to turn it into their own.

Wow, it sounds like I'm pouting I don't mean to sound like that, please excuse me if I'm offending you!

I agree, sometimes people's intention of posting those threads might be because they just want rep, but other times there is a real need for these threads. Some of them spur a conversation that is definitely needed in order for people to learn to follow these rules and here incite from other users. Before posting one these, the least someone can do is check the most recent pages and just make sure that they aren't posting the exact same thread again. That just gets annoying. But please remember, we don't want to judge everyone on the acts of a few. Some people just want to solve the problem and be helpful.
If someone directly asks for a rep, just report it and don't give any. Very simple! [rep to you]

I DO agree, but only at times when people state obvious rules Fpr example, if someone posted soething like "Remember no quiz your friends' polls allowed!" that would be pointless becuase everyone knows that! but if someone feels the need to say something that they have been finding all over WI [eg. bad behaviour, etc.] i can understand... I mean, Everyone had opinions, you're just stating yours

Hey, i came up with an idea for a new thread section!

xD

Now if you think that this thread is offensive. Please post that dude in your post and also say your reason. =-)
Sorry, but DogLover did make a thread like that. =/ I can see why that would be offensive. ALSO-You never know if they are asking for reps, they could be doing it for a reminder because somebody said offensive to them. We need to see your reasons too please =) Thanks!

Now, rep is becoming more and more popular for suggestion and problems, but that still gives no reason for constant threads about it. If Justin didn't think it was a good idea, then I believe he wouldn't have put it back on WI, and thats what I believe in my mind.

You were pretty keen on the "begging for rep" idea. I think very few members would do it for that purpose, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Most of the time they are simply looking to vent their annoyments on the forums- not for rep.
I agree, sometimes a reminder is needed, but only if there is not already a thread on it at that time. But I always think threads with new ideas are the best!
