Default Reminder for older members

Hey too all of you older members! You know the ropes. You know what is gainst the rules. You know what is annoying and what people hate. But new people don't. It gets annoying I know, the fifith "My pet is friends with testcolor" "How to become gifted?" threads you've seen a million of. However, there ARE newbies and you need to be paitent. DOn't say, "This has been posted soooo many times!" or "DUH". It's hurtful. Lots of newbies don't know a lot and need your experince. So to sum it up, please be nice to newbies!

Great point.
People need to be patient with others, so they can help them out.
Maybe they never saw the thread..? Or maybe they couldn't find a helpful post on it!
Rep Points for you!

I definently agree. I've seen GIFT GURU's who have been members since June 2007.. saying 'This has been posted already... :/' in threads.
It's rude.

I agree that we all need to be patient, but we *also* need to be patient with those who get frustrated. Sometimes they may just be having a bad day - and although this is no excuse to act out or post something rude to another. It does happen.

If you see something rude or un-necessary, please do flag it.
That way a mod can speak with that person.

Great job! Thanks for bringing this up!

It is EXTREMELY rude to say "oh I've already answered this" or "can't you ask someone else!". I hate to say this but I know I have looked at threads knowing I could help someone but I didn't. I feel bad and now whenever I see 0 replies to someone who needs help I always do!

It's also important to remain patient. If someone does not get something then you should explain once or twice again. It's EXTREMELY rude to say "I already told you!" or "Don't you get it??" So help people and if they don't get it just try to be patient and say it again and again until your fingers can't type it anymore!!

Also newbie members, pay attention to other threads. I know that when I was a newbie I just browsed the forum and looking at other people's problems helped me with mine! Make sure you look before you post something you've seen a million times! This is why some people get impatient.

But anyways great thread and rep!
