I don't do that. If they feel fine stealing my pictures, let them steal them. I know, and they know, and all my friend's know I took them. If they steal them, their so mean. I don't have time to write my name or anything at the bottom, and why can't they crop it out? I mean, seriously, it wouldn't do me any good. :\ I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude, just letting you know, it really doesn't help.
No.. I have to disagree. People can watermark their images.. so you cannot really crop it out. Also... I don't think many people would put a lot of effort into stealing a picture, like if you put your name in the middle or something... they wouldn't really spend time taking your name out of there.
For photo graphy, I usually only photograph something specific for an example in my Graphics shop only, or for a specific member's graphic order. I have taken a bunch of pictures and saved them onto my computer, but I haven't used more than 3 of them. So its pretty unlikely if someone used my picture, but if a member did, I would be a little mad but at least a tiny bit happy since that means they like the picture.

A lovely photo is a lovely photo no longer when you stamp, in horrendous Comic Sans MS lettering, your username across it.
i'd just let them steal it i mean you know you did it even if others don't believee you,you still know it's yours so
It's not the best idea to just let someone steal it-otherwise they can continue, thinking it's OK, and that they won't get in trouble, and by letting people get away with it, you're spreading a message that stealing isn't a big deal, which isn't true.
As you may know some people may "steal" your pictures and claim them on their own
Well yeah we know that.
So all photographgers put your name on the bottem on your work or somewhere it's noticeable
I know a lot of people do this but for the photographers who don't please do it
I havent done it but I relsised I really should
This happend to my keybording teacher
Thank you for the advice! I really appreciate it since I have a Photography Album! I just need some help on how to put a label on each picture. (:
