I currently have a thread that is 5 stars and very popular. Well, today I noticed that the thread is now 4 stars, for no reason at all. I've seen this happen to a lot of popular threads, and their rating is lower because a member was probably jealous. So my point is,don't just a rate a thread low because it's popular. Thanks for reading! :]
Well, it could start at five stars. (Let's say 5 people each voted 5 stars) and then... a little later, someone comes and and votes it a four. It will go down to four. It all depends on the average vote.
You shouldn't worry about what the thread is rated. People will still come to the thread regardless of how it is rated. Someone could have voted 4 stars and the rating went down. 4 stars isn't necessarily bad either.
I'm sorry that happened to you. The same thing happened to me on my GE thread. I didn't accept a trade so someone rated it a one star. Not fair at all.
Well, I did some math and the person did rate it a one star. But think about all of those 5 star ratings you got- they definitely outweigh the one star! There's nothing bad about a four star thread. Remember that the less votes you have, different ratings will significantly change the rating.
