Default Question!

Is it better to email or call Ganz with a problem? I lost an item in my dock and thought it might return but it hasn't, and I noticed that when I adopted my last two pets the date on my account did not change. I have the phone number, found it on here, but can not find an email for them. If it is best to email, could someone share the email address for them if you have it?

Call if you email it takes them at least 2 weeks to get back to you. Sometimes email gets you a generated response that has nothing to do with your problem.

Their email is support@webkinz.com, but you are much better off calling and leaving a voice mail than emailing them. You may or may not get an email reply, but you almost certainly will get a return phone call (within a week...maybe 2).

The phone number for Ganz is 1-800-WEBKINZ.
The e-mail adress is support@webkinz.com
I personally suggest that you call them. I find that whenever I send and e-mail, I get nothing in return that's helpful. Once you call leave a message and a rep will call you back. You can then talk to that person live and they will assist you with your issues.

I believe that if you e-mail them your problem they will look into it. If they cannot fix it you usually get a Customer Service Code... the enter the code after calling the Ganz number and you will get a rep live.
