The OP has the ability to mark their own thread 'solved' when they're satisfied. It does not make sense for a thread to be deleted because any rep earned on a deleted thread is deleted as well.
Are you sure this really true? I had just noticed the other day that on my User CP the "Rep" area has some where the thread is now listed as "N/A". I took this to mean that the actual thread had been deleted, but the "rep" posts still remain on your list. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what it looked like on mine.???
If Im going through a thread and see the question has been answered I will close it, not delete it as it may still help someone else. Sometimes the thread owner will flag it and request for it to be closed which is just fine as well to bring it to our immediate attention.
We have been getting several "complaining" threads, which granted I respect everyones freedom of speech but many are unnecessary and contradict themselves therefore several have been getting deleted. If you dont like something, dont read it..if someone is rude, flag it less us handle it, its not necessary to make threads about it..in fact its not permitted.
Im going to close this thread now
Just have fun guys and thank you!
