I have noticed something that has being coming up a lot lately that is making me exasperated. When random people post on your visitor profile "will you join my contest?" They don't even say hello first! I understand if your friend posts this, but most of the time (for me) I have never heard of the user! Sometimes it gets really annoying. Anybody agree with me? Those comments are filling up my profile with stuff I don't even want in there! If you read this whole post, please post a . Thank you!

I really don't like it when people do that. Because I take the time to read my messages, and while it does not seem like a lot, I am sure it adds up. I just delete those message, and in the reason, I write "Spam." I also get this in PMs a lot too.
I think posts like that should be considered spam! You should not solicit someone you don't know to ask them to join a contest or go to your "shop" or anything else. You should only be allowed to ask someone through PM or profile IF YOU KNOW THEM!!!!
It is considered spam. Please report messages like that, so we can tell them to stop.
Wait, should we report that, or should we just delete them on our own? I hate to have to drag another person into dealing with something as minor as that, so I just need to know the official standing on self-deleting messages.
Plus, I like to delete them myself, because it shows my activity as "Moderating," which makes me feel very powerful!
