| | POTM Frog codes won't work!
Hi, can anyone help with this?
We bought a Frog each for my son and daughter, but the codes don't work. One says it is invalid and the other says it has been used!
I used the customer support tab of the Webkinz site for help, but haven't heard anything from Ganz. Isn't there a phone number to call or something? The tags are open now so the store won't take them back.
