Stealing graphics is rude. Some people make wonderful graphics, and then people go and take them and make them "theirs". I am sorry this happened to you.
I agree with you, this rule should be enforced better.
I agree, that many they should start reinforcing the original rule for not stealing graphics, Maybe make it more clear. But your going to have to accept.. some people don't follow the rules. That's why we have jail.
I guess I am in the minority, but I actually think it is cool if someone uses something I made...I get all squishy inside and think, "WOW."
My motto is, "I make my graphics for fun and fun's for sharing" and I tell that to anyone that asks if they can use my graphics...Now, I also appreciate the "uniqueness" of having a homemade avvie/siggie and have had mine stolen only once or twice...Instantly I was plagued with people pmming me to tell me someone had stolen my avvie.. I quick made a new one and "gave" my old one up..It wasn't worth it to me to get upset...
So, where is dbird going on this long-winded insane babble session? I guess if you REALLY don't want anyone using your graphics-truly make it yours by sticking your name in it... But I prefer to share the love:
