Ya, i know how you feel, i lost my WEBKINZ FIRST DAY PRINT. And it never came back... but before i lost it, it was placed in different rooms every day... (originally it was in my storrage room) untill one day, i finally had anough of all the mishigous (if thats how you spell it) and decidied to email ganz a very stern letter.

Right now what i'm worried about, is that i have the magical wardrobe, and the person who i traded it from said it tends to disapear on webkinz, and to keep and eye on it...

there have some problems with my dock items to i lost the snowmaker while changing my icecooler around.. webkinz emailed me back,stating they are not prefect but probllems do happen..PLEASE be patient with them...the will fix it my machine came back faster than i thought....

Also, are the bee costumes valuable? I have eight of them in my dock and I want to know if I should get rid of them or something

Once someone broke into my account and stole all my Halloween room theme stuff and another couple $12,000 worth of stuff. So you got it sorta easy no offense

I am so sorry for your losses. That is incredibly discouraging.

May I ask how many items you had in your dock? The reason I ask is that the 100 dock limit is a challenge. I have stored all of the items that I can, but you can't store wallpaper, flooring, coupons, etc.

Thanks for the warning. I will work on some more storage.

About two hours ago half my Trading Storage stock was gone. Just flat out gone. But, I don't really think it's Ganz's fault. I mean, it's not like they wake up, drink some coffe go to work and be like, "Let's steal from our customers!" Seriously.

I agree, one would think the size of the company that they would have much better programmers than they do. I was patient at first too, but I am angry as well, to thepoint that all the $$ I have spent on over 140 WK , yes, 140 plus for the kids, that i am about to call it quits with Ganz. There is always something missing that they won't replace, because THINGS happen......but everyday, folks?? Then you can't name the rooms and if it is for "the kids" then they should be able to find what and who they are looking for. I have repeatedly asked for things to be moved as they are stuck and we can't even get in some rooms. THis has gone on for over 3 months now. It happens on all of our accounts and the kids are very frustrated. One room is the bowling alley and I don't have 10,000 KC just laying around waiting to buy it again.....does Ganz pay any attention at all or are they just caring about the $$$? I tend to think the latter now. I am a very discouraged Grandmother with 2 sad grandkids.....

I haven't had anything lost or taken or taken away by Ganz due to glitches, but I know it would get annoying.
