I know that you are upset right now, and you have every right to be. You should e-mail their customer support and definitely call them tomorrow morning. But in the future, maybe just add one pet at a time and log out for a few minutes before adding the next pet. I tend to sometimes buy pets in larger quantities, maybe 4 or 5 in one day, and I have found it bogs down the site and causes unnecessary glitches trying to add them all at once. Just log out after each one and allow the site to reset itself before adding another pet.
