Default No Spring Present

I created a new account today. I should have gotten a Springtime present, but I didn't. I sent an email to Ganz already but they'll prolly get it too late. What's their phone number so I can call them?

Customer service has normal hours Mon-Fri like a regular business and wouldn't be there on a Sunday, especially today being a holiday also

Even if they get your message next week they can still look at your account and give you the proper gift, it doesn't have to be done today for customer service to do it for you, so don't worry! You may have to be patient though, as customer service can typically take a few days up to 2 weeks to get back in touch with you.

They have always been excellent to us though, so hang in there!

I'm pretty sure you have to already have the account before today to get the gift. I'm sorry that happened to you. Now that you have an account, you will get all future gifts.

Yeah, I called and they were closed. I'll call them tommorow. (Do you happen to know what time they open?) I've heard of people getting free Webkinz when they called about a glitch. Maybe that'll be the same in my case.........(i could use a webkinz as a renewal right now)

Awww. Oh well. I'll ask when I call them.

This is accually my second account. I created it for Gift Exchange purposes. So, I still got the present on my main account.

The account has to be opened before maintenance the night before the gift... you will not get it if you open it after maintenance on the DAY the gift is given out...

With the asian account, it may have been too late, remember that account is 14 hours ahead so mainetance may have already passed when you opened it...

I doubt they would give you a free pet... its not a glitch... at most they would give you the gift basket...
