Default new room mistakes

i am not saying that getting a new room is a mistake but before getting the room remove any small things that might be by the door if not then you can never move that item

That is when the customer service form comes in handy, if you fill it out tell Ganz what is stuck they will remove it from the room and put it in your dock.

hmmm i have never had that problem ..... i guess you have to contact ganz then to unstick the items .

It's a good idea never to have items near doorways/possible doorways at any time, so pets can pass through.

I have had that problem before as well, just fill out the form in the help
section and remember which room name cause it will ask and which item
before you send your request. They will remove the item and place in your dock, though a few times i have requested an item be removed and am still waiting-lol i will contact them again. Remember they are verybusy so if they forget or do not do this for you within a few days, just post another request. Hope this helps.
