I tried playing around with Firefox 2.0.0.11 on linux and on Windows to try to eliminate differences, such as faking the useragent and other header variables, but have not found a combination that works. I'll try some more later if I have time.

Wow, I was able to duplicate your issue by changing my font size. I know what's doing it, but not sure why it still is on yours. Can you give me another screenshot? Basically, I just need to see the header itself... Clear your cache, as well. It's the images in the top and the "this site is not affiliated" that are going "too wide" with your font size... I may have to force a smaller width.

OK. Based on your description of the problem, I decreased my "Text size" several times via the View menu in Firefox, and voila, the body in the forum now lines up properly with the headers. It looks like when the problem occurs, the "The site is not affiliated with ..." text will not fit on a single line, although it is not clear if one causes the other or if they are both symptoms of the same thing.

I also went back to my Windows machine and increased the default font size and that did cause the problem to appear.

It sound like you know exactly what is happening. Thanks for looking into it. I won't generate another screenshot for now, since it will look very much like the first one, but let me know if you still want it for some reason.

No need... Yep. That's exactly what's doing it. When I added the Holiday Bear into the Contest banner, I increased its width by about 10 pixels, which, depending on font size, will mess that up!
