Missing Items

Before Webkinz told us to have under 100 items in your dock, I had 111 items in my dock and I was putting a new pond in my garden. As I let go of the mouse to put it down, a message popped up saying that I couldn't connect to Webkinz World. I immediately logged back on to find out that I only had 86 items left:-\! I had lost 25 items:'(! Yesterday, I got the Husky Webkinz and it came with Frosted Kibbly Chunks, the Northern Nights Bed, and the Wishing Well. I was so excited, I put the Wishing Well in my backyard. Once again, a message popped up saying that I couldn't connect to Webkinz World, and once again, I logged back on to find that I had 65 items instead of 66. What was I missing you ask? Well, I was missing the Wishing Well:(! I was and still am so angry that I lost 26 items. Did this ever happen to you?

Oh, and if you have more than one Wishing Well and are willing to trade it to me or give it to me, please let me know!:)

You may not ask for gifts or trades outside the Gift Exchange.

I haven't had these problems yet but it could only be a matter of time. We never really know when it comes to webkinz and it's many glitches. I'm so sorry you lost your wishing well.

Also, remember that you can't ask for trades outside of the gift exchange.

Sometimes this happens. Contact Ganz (you'll have more luck if you call them, someone here will have the phone number probably) and let them know. They might be able to restore what went missing.

Wow that's horrible! I feel bad for you! I would definitely send ganz a message. Also, you may get lucky and have them re-appear! I've heard where a lot of people have had the same thing happen only to have the item(s) just re-appear as mysteriously as they disappeared.....it was days later, but at least some people got their things back.

I hope you get yours too!

this has happened to me too. contacting ganz gets you nowhere...

they send you a terse little email stating that there is no guarantee either implied or direct for items in our account. i had my gorilla psi disappear among other things.

and hey! if you had only 66 items in your dock, why did you have an item disappear? ganz says under 100 now should be fine. that is really sad, i am so sorry for you.

Maybe being under 100 helps but it doesn't stop something from disappearing.

I seldom have over 30 items in my dock -- usually store things away neatly. But, I left a Dogbeard's Bed in my dock when I logged out once. The next day, that item had disappeared and it never came back. Contacted Ganz and only got the standard email reply that someone had probably gotten my password and stole it -- what a laugh!!
