I'm really not sure if this has been brought up before, and if you brought it up before please tell me I don't want to take credit for something I read a while back! I have a bad memory so if this didn't just come to my mind randomly, and I remembered it from something you are someone you know wrote, please please tell me!
I think it would be kinda fun for some kids to be mini-mods or something like that. Of course there would be some qualifications that have to be met and stuff. It would just be fun to have some little patrol people that are on all the time to help the mods out. I mean, for everything they do they should get a break. With some other people helping out, they could have a breather.
They could patrol certain forums that are usually pretty quiet but could have some problems. They would have certain responsibilities but not big ones. This really just came to mind so if it's a bad idea please tell me nicely
Some qualifications that should probably be met are things like this:
~ 13 or older
~ Gift Guru at least (or something else depending on how staff feels)
~ Been around the site for a while
~ Be helpful
~ Be picked by staff
~ Show that you are willing to help, and can help!
Well, what do you think? Comments, Suggestions, Criticism all welcome!
